Our luggage policy follows most airline's baggage policy. Two checked bags (suitcase or duffel bag) and two carry-on items (laptop case, backpack, etc) per passenger ride free! Extra fees may apply for any additional luggage. Please email us for needs outside of those listed.
Each checked bag exceeding 50 pounds (approximately 23 kilograms) and/or total dimension exceeding 80 inches when adding length, width, and height will be charged an additional $15.00.
Excessive size or number of bags may require an exclusive reservation. Please e-mail us for a quote or with any questions.
CANCELATION POLICY - Reservations can be canceled at any time. Funds will not be refunded if cancelation occurs less than 48 hours before the initial pick up. Cancelation Fee of 5% will be charged for all refunds.

Car seats and/or booster seats are required by Florida law for children 5 years old or younger and are available upon request for an additional $5.00 per transfer.
$20.00 fee will be added for all pick ups between 10PM and 6AM.
One time $15.00 fee will be added for all Internationals Arrivals.
Unscheduled passenger at time of pick up $10.00 - $25.00 (based on destination)
By submitting the credit card information, I am authorizing to charge the credit card provided for above mentioned services. Driver gratuity of 20% will be automatically added and charged to the credit card. You are not obligated to offer additional gratuity to the driver unless you want to reward a driver with an additional gratuity for providing exceptional service.
